donation

I was reading about the news that Usain Bolt has donated his entire earnings of 20 million dollars to his school to promote the track & field development program of the school. He has also committed to spend one day every month to train and inspire young athletes from his school.

That is so good, isn’t it?

Also read about his romantic flings during the Rio Olympics!  I guess he is single and not yet committed. The question is whether he would have been as magnanimous if he was married and had a family?

Coming back to his generous donation, what is the right age for giving it away?

Larsen & Toubro Chairman, A.M. Naik, has pledged to give away 75% of his earnings, after he retires from Larsen & Toubro.

Do you think giving away 100%, while you are still young, is a bit too much?

Is there something like too much of a good thing?
